- Past work experience with Service Now Ticketing System is required
- Past work experience with technical phone support and customer service
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting issues with office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary
- Past work experience with Windows systems and programs
- A+ certification is preferred
