IT Operations Manager

Established E-Discovery SaaS platform in business for over 15 years is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager. You will be providing overall leadership and guidance to a staff of 10 administrators, engineers and support personnel that support both internal and client production servers.

Location: DTLA, CA (flexible onsite: 2-3 days / week)  

 Requirements: 

  • 2-3+ years of people management, project management and strategic planning.
  • Strong technical leadership and experience working with Windows Servers, Azure,
  • Citrix, Linux VMWare, ServiceNow, IT Security and Web Servers is preferred.
  • Experience with ISO standards or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
