About the Company:

One of the leading software-based companies focusing on financial software is looking to add an Engineering Manager (100% Hands off) to their growing company. You will be joining an established team and joining an award-winning culture!

The role is currently hybrid, you would be going to the office 1-2 a week. If this sounds like you, please read on!

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 DOE

Desired Skills:

  • 6-8+ years of Management experience. 
  • 4-6+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience with consumer-facing applications.
  • Strong negotiation skills to be able to work with third parties, stakeholders, sales, and consumers.
  • Need to have experience with generating reports.

Pluses:

  • Experience with .NET Stack or Azure.
