Senior/Staff Java or Backend Engineers

An exhilarating start-up that is about to go public is looking for Senior or Staff Java Engineers! This company is growing astronomically for the last few years, and offers lots of opportunity for growth, and is disrupting the way we travel.

This role is remote and full-time (W-2) and offers great benefits such as competitive base compensation (150K-220K), excellent family medical coverage, and competitive stock options.

What We are Looking for:

- Prior work experience with using Java or other backend languages for web-based platform development

- Prior work experience working in a microservices architecture, specifically taking programs from a monolithic environment to a microservices environment

- Past work experience with cloud development (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Past work experience working with high traffic and high performing solutions is preferred

- Prior work experience with collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as the product team, is preferred
