Strategic Employment Partnersis looking for a Sourcer with 0-2 years of experience. We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented individual who would focus on supporting the Sales teams by providing a continual pipeline of candidates for a variety of technical roles. Qualified candidates have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to, emailing and interviewing potential candidates for agency representation. Once you find the right candidate, you’ll feel rewarded and accomplished for helping them achieve their career goals!

  • Initiate communication between candidates and Account Managers
  • Apply optimal search techniques and methods to uncover top-tier candidates
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to understand needs of the business - support recruiters on niche/hard to fill roles as directed
  • Find resumes/profiles on various internet boards
  • Call and evaluate prospective job seekers (passive and active)
  • Create social media and direct mail eMarketing campaigns to attract talent
  • Conduct reference checks on selected candidates
  • Post and maintain job advertisements


  • Highly organized, proficient typing skills and phone experience
  • Possesses strong sales skills – ability to sell the roles, etc.
  • Works well with a team and autonomy
  • Manages time efficiently and works well with deadlines and speed
