Technical Account Manager

About the Company: Established and rapidly growing virtual clinical SaaS company is seeking a Technical Account Manager or Technical Client Success Manager who can provide technical assistance to clients and configure product implementation.


Location: Fully Remote (HQ in Los Angeles, CA)

Compensation: $130-160k DOE

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in product/technical support or technical sales support role
  • Must have solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to communicate customer needs to product and engineering teams
  • Monitor support requests to identify new and recurring issues
  • Track account metrics, ensure deliverable arrive on time
  •
